- Usually yes. Send everything you have, including slightly blurry shots — our sculptors piece the details together, and we will tell you honestly during the proof stage if something cannot be resolved.

- A clear, front-facing photo in daylight where the face is not blocked by sunglasses or heavy shadow. You can upload several angles — we use them all when sculpting.
- Do I see the figurine before it is made?
- Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. We send 3D preview renders within 3–4 working days and only start production after you approve. Revisions are free.
- What is it made of?
