Couples ask this constantly, usually four weeks out, usually slightly panicked. The short answer: order six to eight weeks before the wedding. The long answer explains where those weeks go.
Week 1 — upload and sculpt
You upload photos and describe the dress and suit. A sculptor is assigned within a day and starts blocking out the figures. This stage takes three to four working days.
Week 2 — proof and revisions
You get 3D renders from four angles. This is where couples lose the most time, not because revisions are slow, but because the proof sits unopened in an inbox for five days. Reply quickly and this stage is 48 hours.
Weeks 3–4 — printing, painting, curing
High-resolution resin printing, hand sanding, then hand painting in multiple passes with drying time between each. The matte food-safe sealer needs a full day to cure. This part cannot be compressed much — rush production shortens the queue, not the chemistry.
Weeks 5–6 — shipping and buffer
Express shipping from our Shenzhen studio runs three to eight days depending on the country, plus customs clearance. The extra buffer is for the thing you have not thought of yet: a dress change, a venue change, a delivery to the wrong address.
If your wedding is in three weeks
Rush production plus express shipping can make it. Choose the rush option at checkout, reply to the proof the same day, and email us the wedding date so it goes into the priority queue. We will tell you honestly if it is not going to arrive in time rather than take the order and hope.
